For over four years, our boot camps have changed people’s lives! We pride ourselves in not being just a class, but rather a full ‘program‘. Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and are the mark of a well-designed, progressive, sure-fire way to achieve results in a short amount of time!

JR Price’s Fitness Boot Camps will provide you with the individualized attention of one-on-one personal training with the camaraderie and motivation of a group setting! You will learn how to achieve your goals and maintain the results forever! No diets. No scams. Promise.

Never the same workout twice! Based upon the principles of motivation and teamwork, you will be challenged dynamically to prevent the boredom that is often experienced after committing to a long-term fitness program.

You will shed inches and melt unwanted body fat, using your own body resistance, dumbbells, bands, and various other tools (aka ‘toys’!) High intensity intervals, circuit training, stations, group challenges, and short distance running are key elements of the program.

Camps are 60-minutes and are conducted in a military-style, indoor/outdoor venue (depending on weather). You will receive a baseline with which to measure your results upon the completion of the camp.

JR Price comes to us from the Washington, DC area, where he received his fitness certification in 2003 from the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM).

While in D.C., JR specialized in one on one training with a wide variety of clients ranging from stay at home moms, to busy political staffers, to grade school, high school, college and professional athletes, as well as other male and female business professionals.

JR is also pre-and-post natal certified, and has invaluable experience working with women before, during and after their pregnancies. While in D.C., JR traveled to their homes, places of work, and was employed by the D.C. exclusive fitness club, Washington Sports Club, to utilize this specialized certification.

In addition, JR holds certifications in a wide range of group fitness classes including Johnny G. Spinning, CrossFit Kettlebells, Bosu Ball, Boot Camp, X-Bike, Kick-boxing, Sports Specific Training, and Resist-A-Ball.

J.R. developed a number of community wide organized Boot Camps in the northern Virginia area before moving to Canonsburg in 2007 with his wife, Erin, who is from the Pittsburgh area. JR is continuing his passion for fitness making it a full-time career while pursuing coaching Boot Camps with Katie, one-on-one training, and teaching multiple group fitness classes.
